Wellington’s Premier Swim Run Series
The Shoe Clinic Splash and Dash is a great way to grab a little after work, mid week exercise and still be home in time for tea. We have great prizes, a great atmosphere, and the event caters for all abilities from absolute beginners to Wellington’s elite.
The events involve a sea swim (off Freyberg beach) and footpath run so you can take full advantage of Wellington’s beautiful waterfront. Wetsuits are allowed but not essential.
We have over $10,000 in prizes to give away this year, so click on the dates and times tab to find out exactly when you can race.
Every second Wednesday night at Freyberg Beach.
Registration starts at 5.15pm and closes at 6pm.
